Tony has been serving as the Vice-Chair for the Personnel Certification Accreditation Committee (PCAC) of the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) since the beginning of 2021. In addition to this, he also serves as the Chair of the PCAC Nominations Committee and is in the first year of his second term on this committee, which he has been a member of since 2018.

Tony has worked for the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO), a non-profit organization in the plumbing and HVAC industries with a focus on clean water and sanitation, for 14 years and is currently the Senior Vice President of Training and Credential Services. In this role, Tony is responsible for the organization’s global training and professional testing and credentialing programs. These programs include certification programs for plumbing and mechanical inspectors as well as a number of plumbing trade-specific certification programs through ASSE International, an IAPMO Group subsidiary, that combine to cover over 22,000 certified individuals. Beyond the certification programs, IAPMO also provides plumbing and other pipe trade license testing services for a growing number of state and local jurisdictions.

Along with his roles with IAPMO and ANSI, Tony also serves as the Chair of the Board of Governors for the National Certification Program for Construction Code Inspectors (NCPCCI), which provides professional certifications for inspectors across virtually all building-related disciplines.
