Dr. Allan Bateson is a lead independent assessor for the ANAB Certificate Accreditation Program (CAP) and has worked for ANAB for five years. During his career he has been a university professor, a federal government contractor, and recently retired from the federal government after 22 years with the United States Postal Service and the FDA. Dr. Bateson earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron, OH. He is an experienced psychometrician with extensive experience in research methods, statistics, item and test development and validation, job task analysis, and training evaluation.
