The Next Generation Award

The Next Generation Award honors an individual who has been engaged in standardization or conformity assessment activities for less than eight years and who has, during this time, demonstrated vision, leadership, dedication and significant contributions to their chosen field of activity.

The selection of a recipient for this award will be primarily based on the nominee’s demonstrated leadership and dedication within standardization and conformity assessment activities, and significant accomplishments in their chosen field of activity.

 Note:  At the discretion of the Awards Committee, multiple recipients may be named for the Next Generation Award.  If, in the judgment of the Awards Committee, no candidates meet the eligibility requirements, an award may not be given.  The Awards Committee reserves the right to present a nominee with an award other than the one for which they were nominated.
